Great Boulder extends Mulga Bill North gold zone, targets resource update

Great Boulder Resources Ltd (ASX:GBR) managing director Andrew Paterson joins Tylah Tully in the Proactive studio to talk about expanding the gold mineralisation zone at Mulga Bill North prospect within the Side Well Gold Project in Western Australia to a 400-metre strike length. The company confirmed these results through a 13-hole aircore drilling program, indicating that the mineralisation is shallow, starting 40 metres below the surface, and potentially suitable for open-pit mining. Key results include an intersection of 17 metres at 1.39 g/t gold from 49 metres with a high-grade section of 3 metres at 3.39 g/t from 61 metres. Additionally, regional drilling along strike from the Saltbush prospect identified gold mineralisation similar to the Ironbark deposit. Great Boulder plans to continue drilling to finalise the exploration at Mulga Bill and aims for a resource update in the second half of 2024.
