Training as a natural body builder comes with its challenges that's for sure. Training and optimising every 1% of our training is what separates you from everyone else. In this weeks episode I discuss the optimal time to train during the day and why it is important in terms of our health, fitness and mindset.
In the morning - cortisol levels begin to rise while melatonin decreases
In the evening - cortisol decreases while melatonin increases
Maintaining the right balance of these hormones it crucial for optimal recovery and performance!
