The purpose of the pilot episode is to serve as an ongoing guide for new and existing listeners, to help them understand the significance of the podcast and how it relates to them on an individual basis. The name R3 is directly linked to the framework of Alternative Viewpoints which forms the foundation of this podcast.
In Part 1 of the episode I will begin with a short introduction to help explain the meaning of Alternative Viewpoints, by initially focusing on the concept of “Otherness.” I will introduce my own perspective on “Otherness” which is based primarily on my experience of mental health conditions.
I will shed further light on the embedded title of this podcast, by asking:- What Is “The Success Of Failure”? and Why The Interest? I briefly discuss my personal background before sharing my philosophical outlook, based on liberation from the self, through the renewal of ongoing life cycles.
I will then elaborate on the significance and overall aim of the R3 files podcast which aims to speak uniquely to each listener. I will outline the various audiences I am trying to reach out to and connect with. The aim being to intertwine their journeys with my own. This involves adopting a new framework, using an Alternative Perspective. I refer to this as the 3 “R”s approach (or R3).
