Words run the world; they are a powerful agent of change equally able to uplift to the good or pull down to the bad. We can use words wisely to alter our perspective, emotion, habits. But if we are not careful the words we use use us, blindfolding the soul in their concepts and causing us harm. This episode goes into how one can use words as “magic spells” to modify our psychology and thus physiology and behaviour by focusing the mind upon certain words and their associated ideas and feelings; also, how to be practical with one’s use of language when negativity arises; and finally how this connects to spiritual sanity.
