situation and allowing yourself to grieve, helps shape and strengthen not only your empathy
towards others, but your resilience in life.

1. Every part of our journey should be honoured for the lessons it provides and the
empathy it can create in us.
2. We are not alone in our journeys, and I hope my art helps women to see that.
3. There is a way to get through the difficult seasons and use the lessons to create a
