Episode 307: "He will do it!"

Greetings, Leaders.

Rejoice that God has goals for you in life and career.

When we follow His process, He will accomplish more than we could have imagined.

Have faith in response to His calling you to the new assignment. Set your goals and live by faith.

First, take time to remember what He is doing in your life. A faith booster is getting alone in a quiet place with a pen and notebook and reflecting on His work to get me to this point on my journey.

"You are never too old to set a new goal or to dream a new dream."

Pray Big! Dream big! For with God, nothing is impossible.

Today, I reviewed a process that God uses in moving me to do the more wondrous works He has in store for me.

First, remember the doors He opened, the obstacles He cleared, and the results He provided.

"O LORD, You establish peace for us. All that we have accomplished, You have done for us. Isaiah 26:12

Second, commit to trusting Him for your new adventure and assignment.

"Trust in the Lord with all your heart;

do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do,

and he will show you which path to take." Proverbs 3: 5-6

Third, rely totally upon God to show you what to do, how, and when to take the next step. In the "process," we learn to trust Him in every circumstance of our life and career. Trust Him, watch what He does, and record the outcomes in your journal.

"The Lord says, "I will guide you along the best pathway for your life.

I will advise you and watch over you." Psalm 32:8

As we trust in God, His promises, and His way, and follow His leading, we set bigger goals and dreams that He helps us to imagine and envision!

Are you in a position where God calls you to do something far more significant than you can? Trusting and relying totally upon Him is the best place to be.

Our job is to believe, trust Him, and follow His lead. Following God takes patience, perseverance, and practice.

When we commit to following Him, our lives and careers go higher.

God is always looking for people who will believe, seek Him, and receive all He has in store for us.

God is calling me to something new, a new role, and a far more significant impact worldwide. Because I have seen His faithfulness over the years in my life and career journey, I can trust Him and believe Him for the goals He sets for my life and career.

He sees you and promises to be with you when you trust Him alone for victory.

"The eyes of the LORD search the whole earth in order to strengthen those whose hearts are fully committed to him." 2 Chronicles 16:9 NLT.

Believe and expect the outcomes, "Faithful is He who calls you, and He also will do it."

1 Thessalonians 5:24
