This week, I'm alone in a room talk about a book that started me on my self-help journey, The 5 Languages of Love by Gary Chapman. While the book is not without its problems, I'm surprised that guests weren't clambering to discuss this book but it also gave me the opportunity to indulge and share my stories. If you've heard about the 5 Languages, I'd highly recommend you take a deeper dive to see beyond the 5 labels.
