This week we have Justin Wilford on the podcast. Justin is an IFS-focused emotional health coach, program designer, educator, conscious dance facilitator, and father of two. He cofounded a childhood cancer non-profit, MaxLove Project, with his wife after their son was diagnosed with a brain tumor in 2011. They also cofounded Yes Collective, an online emotional fitness studio in 2020. Justin earned a PhD in the social sciences from UCLA in 2010 and a PhD in public health from UC Irvine in 2018. He and his family currently live in Savannah, Georgia.

In this episode we explore the incredible things Justin is doing in the world, how he found himself pursuing 2 PhD’s, and his experience in the most recent Fit For Service summit. We also dive into the rise and impact of suburban megachurches, Justin’s experience within these communities, and how a sort of secular megachurch could benefit modern society.
