I had the priviledge to Interview Paulina Tritz who is a Holistic Health and Nutrition Life Coach. She is a mind and body practitioner,assisting women to improve their health and wellness. The four fundamentals of her work in Coaching are:

Emotional,Mental,Physical and Spiritual. She is an advocate of appreciating nature and the natural health benefits of what it produces.
