Do you ever feel like you’re doing all the right things but still not losing weight? Then you might want to look at your mindset and attitude about losing weight.

Losing weight is pretty straightforward; just be in a caloric deficit. However, if you don’t have the right attitude and mindset, then trying to lose weight will be infinitely harder.

In this episode, we are joined by Michelle Zellner who is the founder and owner of Better Beings, a wellness business established in 1997, designed to guide people in pursuit of health and happiness. She also has a podcast, the Be a Better Being Podcast.
