  3. The need to set clear goals and create an action plan with step-by-step instructions when implementing new skills or habits.

  4. Immediately applying new knowledge and reflecting regularly to reinforce understanding and make improvements.

  5. Iterating and adapting based on reflection to change as needed rather than giving up after one failed attempt.

  6. Staying curious to continue learning about yourself, others, and how to improve - with a focus on progress over perfection.

  7. Committing to implement just one new thing learned this week as a starting point for taking action.
