On this week’s episode, I talk with Hawi — a 26-year-old who grew up as the baby of her family who got any and everything she wanted. As a result, when Hawi started dating, she hadn’t yet learned how to effectively communicate her wants and needs. She developed a bad habit of threatening to or actually breaking up with men she was dating whenever she didn’t get her way. One specific incident with her now ex taught her that not everyone gives and receives information in the same way as she did and that she needed to adjust if she wanted to effectively get a message across. We also get into our experiences using dating apps and some of our dating app pet peeves. Enjoy! Thanks for listening to this episode of Situationships.
