Overcoming Traumatic Loss and Making a Comeback with Beth Pizzarello
Join Beth and Katana as they discuss:
  • The importance of never giving up.
  • How to pivot to get where you want to be.
  • Ways to move forward in your life.
Two weeks before graduating college, Beth Pizzarello was diagnosed with a genetic eye disease that contributed to her eventual blindness at age 38. It took a shift in perception to break through the intense fear to become capable of meeting, and then rising to this enormous challenge. After 12 years of living in the dark, Beth received a newly developed lens implant procedure with miraculous results. The surgery took her from a status of complete blindness to the limited use of one eye (20%). The inspiration for writing her book Eclipsed came from the moment of profound gratitude for the journey, and Beth’s desire to help others find their way when dealing with a traumatic loss.
