Holding Our Truth
Who we are and who we are becoming is a beautiful dance of transition. Moments of flow and peace mixed with the chaos and turmoil of growth. It’s within these moments do we truly learn how to know who we are. We are birthed into this world filled with trauma carried from others, generational trauma entwined into our DNA. Trauma that isn’t even ours, confided, arrived, with no wisdom, or understanding to why. This lesson will break down the shackles that hold you back and remind you, that you no longer need to carry this incredible weight upon your shoulders. That it’s time to set you free once and for all. That the burden of another is no longer your heartache. It’s here to remind you that you are worthy of more. Deserve the deeper love you desire. To stand on your own two feet, completely whole in your being.
