Oooft! This episode is a doozy!! Soul energy is a lot but know your built for it! Expanding through this space is powerful. Allowing yourself to be seen and lead through your vulnerability is everything. I loved creating this lesson. Got me in all the feels.

Expansion Through The Soul
The beauty of life is that it is forever moving whether we choose it or not. Parts of us are riding the wave, others are being slam dunked in the thickness of chaos. There’s no rules around this life we live. Yet so many of us feel the walls that surround us. Closed in and muffled with no way out. There are also some of us that have mastered this dance, knowing how to surf the wave, and be in flow with harmony in their life. Throughout this lesson I break down how to become an observer of our life, showing you new ways to open up portals to see yourself, learning to trust yourself with the wisdom you hold within to guide you to where you need to go. To delve into the deeper work. The work that many avoid. The practice in this lesson will show you how to listen to the whispers within your soul and trust what they share with you.
