Meet Katerina Georgiou. She is a journalist, psychotherapist and passionate about music. Merging these worlds together, she has created a podcast exploring the use of music for mental health. This episode explores her background, how she got to where she is today and the advice she has for young people who are seeking help. Kind, funny and inspiring, have a listen to learn more on her journey! About Katerina: She is a qualified Gestalt therapist, seeing clients in a GP surgery and in private practice. She is also a freelance journalist for national newspapers and magazines and appears in the press and radio on mental health-related issues. She used to be a Samaritan helpline listener and worked for Samaritans during the time of their research into male suicide.
