When events couldn’t happen during covid, it showed that events are more of an experience than just something that happens. Virtual events have made it so you can cater to a wider audience across the globe for an event rather than having them miss out. When a speaker walks up on a stage, they are representing a brand so it is important that they are able to put the brand in a positive light. You want to make sure that the VIP interactions are spot on. Be educated on the brand and the company executives. People who are just entering the event industry are bringing in fresh ideas and leaving behind any preconceived notions that veteran event professionals might have. Polls and surveys are a great way to have people interact with speakers at events and get them more engaged in it.
