Today, we dive into her journey to SaaS, which was not traditional.
She began in B2C, and unexpectedly ended up in B2B. Like many people, she didn't know that SaaS was an option.
Listening to her story, there were things I could relate to.
Today we dive into definitions, explain the difference between B2B and B2C, and attempt to draw a mental map for you.
Before I began this conversation, I didn't fully understand the difference in the functionality of B2B and B2C. I also wasn't completely aware of how AE's fit into the full business structure. Now I do.
