How will the Bazaar Merchants' Collective and Concord Lagoon handle negotiations with the aggressively capitalist Republic of Anthophyta and their representatives, CABLE? At the same time, mysterious black market goods are spreading through the city. The Logistarch and the BMC come to the Myriad in the hopes of learning more-- both about CABLE and the mystery goods.
