Structures of Self is doing a temporary pivot. A shift from previous content, this episode opens a dialogue on changes in our environment as a result of Covid-19, the novel coronavirus, and it's impacts on the structures of our society. Over the next several weeks there will be several episodes dedicated to understanding how reduced social contact, a change in our working and home environments, and extended time indoors could have affects on our health. This episode delves more into the host, Aubrey's, personal reflections on her experiences thus far, and future episodes will incorporate more of this personal vantage as we all experience a new world in cover-19 and after.
