In the corporate world of today, the definition of company culture has evolved to become one of the most important strategic assets a business can have. It’s not surprising then that company culture has become an essential ingredient in the success or failure of companies.

A strong company culture can help to attract and retain the best talent, inspire innovation, and build a sense of community and loyalty among employees.
