Podcasting can be a powerful platform for sharing impactful stories. But if these stories include sensitive topics or information, thoughtful preparation and care are crucial to creating a safe environment for both your guests and your audience. What you do before, during, and after the interview sets the tone for the type of environment you as the host create for future conversations.
