Jessica Rosenberg, E-RYT 500, YACEP, MID, RYS 200/500, Reiki Master, is committed to helping students live an inspired life through Mindful Moments. She is an author, a national mind & body educator, a leader in the wellness community and a yoga instructor, teaching the wisdom practice of yoga for over 20 years and practicing since she was a teenager.
