Lt. Cdr. Bijay Nair (retd), is commissioned Naval Officer from Naval Academy and served 10 years relinquishing as LtCdr, with many medals and accolades. He has been a part of Operation Talwar during 1999 (famously known as the Kargil war) and is decorated with Op Vijay Medal.
In 2003 and 2004 he was awarded a commendation by Flag officer western Naval command, in 2006 he was awarded prestigious Chief of Naval Staff commendation.
He is an Ultra Marathoner, Fit India Ambassador, blogger, and writer who excels in humor. He is the author of #TheyInspire, a best-selling book that has sold over 3000 copies. It is one of the most inspiring books on a compilation of ordinary people's stories.
