In part two of our study of the subconscious mind, this episode is going to be devoted to ways that you can reprogram your subconscious to start working for you and help you reach the goals that you want to achieve in your life.

Why does the subconscious seem to be doing things to sabotage our efforts when we really think that we are doing everything we can to achieve our goals? Those limiting beliefs that we discussed last episode are very powerful and they rear their ugly heads at the most inopportune times.
