Sam Bennett is a writer, speaker, actor, instructor, and productivity specialist. In her words, she has followed a trail of “sparkling breadcrumbs” to build a fulfilling life for herself. The key for Sam is experimentation. Set aside 15 minutes to just do a little bit of what you want to do. Schedule it in your calendar to make sure you actually do it. See if you like what you’ve chosen to do. See if you don’t. Observe how the act of doing it changed you. Yes, even tasks like cleaning out your garage can follow this method. Break down overwhelming tasks into doable pieces.
