Want to scale your business by hiring employees? Need to hire based on a vacant position in your business? In this episode, I am going to walk you through the entire hiring process (from start to finish). This is an HR function, and is also an employment law function as well, as there are many times companies unknowingly take certain actions that end them in legal trouble. We will also discuss the important paperwork that is required to hire an employee and common mistakes. Hint: asking the graduation date or salary from a prior job is a no-no.
