I am so excited to bring back the amazing midwife, Chavah Meira BenZion for a second episode.

Then we took a deep dive into demystifying the word "tearing." What does it actually mean to "tear" in childbirth? What is an episiotomy anyway? How can this be avoided / healed.....basically everything you didn't know that you needed to know!!
