SHOW NOTES:

Episode Description: This is the second episode of this mini series on the different plant families - and specifically plant families that can be grown in the SPRING. The apiaceae plant family consists of flowering plants. Very aromatic plants. They usually have hollow stems. And deep taproots, which you know, is not terribly surprising. If you think of like a parsnip and a carrot belonging to this family.
