This week, Carol & Jamie discuss all things apples. It's apples picking season in Minnesota and Jamie has trunk loads of apples to process, one way or another.

Carol has fewer apples than Jamie, but went right to it, making apple cider vinegar. She also made cheese this week. After she made the cheese, she freeze dried the cheese in the 2GH Harvest Right Freeze Dryer... and it was very tasty.
