Today's topic is one that we've all been waiting for: "Why do you need to love yourself as you are now?" This episode stems from a poll on social media, and I'm grateful to all of you who participated.
In this episode, we're going to explore the importance of loving yourself as you are in the present moment. We’ll explain the consequences of not loving ourselves and constantly putting conditions on our self-love and happiness, such as "I'll be happy when…”
We discuss practical ways to cultivate self-love and appreciation. We only have the 'here and now', and if we can't find love and gratitude for ourselves in this moment, we won't magically find it in the future. Even if it's challenging, we need to shift our focus from what we don't like about ourselves to what we do like, we need to search for the good in ourselves.
The key takeaway here is that loving ourselves as we are now is crucial for our well-being and happiness. And the more we focus on our strengths and appreciate ourselves, the better we will feel.
