Hey Family, It's Jaylen. As I was writing my notes for my New Years Podcast that I would be sharing internally with my staff, it was clear that the theme was about each team as an individual being the best they could be in 2022. Not focused on their contribution to my company, but rooted in being in their healthiest state. So I decided to throw away the "company presentation" and record something that I could share publicly with everyone with the theme: FOCUS on YOU. It's raw… there are a few tangents that an editor should probably be removed with all the "umms" and "likes" 😉.
