In episode two of the NewlandRock Leadership Effectiveness Podcast I interview Caroline Williams author of the fantastic book ‘Move’ which explores the emerging science of how movement opens up a hotline to our minds & directly impacts our leadership effectiveness.

One simple example she gives in the interview is how a hormone called osteocalcin is released from our bones when we move, this travels via our blood to the brain and has a role in memory, reducing anxiety and stress as well as assisting our effectiveness from a focus and performance point of view.
