This week we continue our conversation with Craig Wasserman, an accomplished management consultant, lecturer, and author. He shares his insights on how intentionality is key in successfully managing employees. He suggests that as a manager, you are the architect and therefore responsible for creating conditions that promote your employees best work.
In his book "The Invisible Spotlight", Craig writes:
"If the foundation of the management relationship is solid, it's because you're doing something right. If the foundation falters or fails, it's because you're doing something wrong. It's that simple and that difficult"
