I wanted to create this list to give some insight into WHY I choose some exercises over others. It's inevitable that you're going to have to adapt your workouts at some point based on what you enjoy, the equipment available to you, what's most efficient for your time, and more. This Minisode breaks down why I like these five lifts specifically, and you might be surprised that none of them include the traditional barbell squat, bench, or deadlift. Hope it helps!
