There are typically two camps of lifters when it comes to warm-ups: 1) those who skip them entirely and 2) those who take way too damn long with their foam rolling, mobility drills, core activation, yoga, sun worshiping, etc. As usual, the answer lies in the middle. And in this Minisode, I cover the basics of what you need in a warm-up and cool-down in less than 10 minutes of total gym time. By nailing these, you can guarantee healthier joints, fewer injuries, less stress, and more muscle gain. Hope it helps!
