- The importance of hydration when it comes to keeping your children healthy this summer, and tips for what dehydration signs you should be looking for in your children, including chapped lips or dry mouths, not using the restroom as much as normal, or crying without tears.
- How to avoid swimmer’s ear, including using ear drops that contain a little hydrogen peroxide to help dry out the canal of fluid after swimming, or ear plugs if the problem persists.
- Precautions to keep your children healthy when they’re going to summer camps and will be mixing with lots of new people, such as educating them about increased hand washing (with soap if possible), reapplying their own sunscreen throughout the day, and taking off their shoes when they get home.
