Unless your name is Nostradamus or you read "End of Days" by Sylvia Browne you would not have seen COVID-19 coming.
COVID is here now and by the looks of it; it's going to be around for a while. Our lives are forever changed and while this admission might be daunting to some of us; nestled in this admission is; the truth that we can come out on the other side: stronger, better, more compassionate, more resilient - human!!
In this episode I share some of the resources I rely on to cope: from meditation, burning incense, organizing virtual games night! We are encouraged to practice Social Distancing but this is not a licence for Social Isolation. We need to interact; we are wired to have and seek to fulfill this need. Our new normal requires us to become creative and rely on the Internet, Social Media and other means to stay in touch with our families, friends and colleagues.
Our new normal has created new challenges and new opportunities as well! If you are a parent and you need resources to keep your child/children occupied please visit ABC MOUSE. There are tonnes of games and activities that will keep them engaged and entertained and the best part is: they will learn! If your kids like books try something different with AUDIBLE FOR KIDS.

If you always wanted to try meditation: give this app a try LET'S MEDITATE it is available in GOOGLE PLAY and the APP STORE. It has guided meditations for the beginner and the advanced. You can choose a meditation that focuses on any or all of these themes: Gratitude, Focus, Mindfulness, Relaxation.
Do you want to stay fit or get fit then check out @angoswede on IG! Her workout sessions are amazing and she has an exercise for every area of the body you would want to target. Her excercises can be done by everyone!! So check her out!!
