Coaching is about creating an environment where people have permission to reach their highest potential. As health coaches, we are not just teaching clients how to eat right or exercise better; exceptional coaching assists individuals with becoming a whole new person. This makes coaching really rewarding, but it is challenging to do.

Despite your best efforts as a health coach, there will be instances of insecurity, frustration, and fear.
