My coach Jim Fortin asked this to his students last year and it's really a powerful question.
When you look at your life, do you hide, sit back quietly, not wanting to take up any space, or to "break" any rules?
From all these episodes, I'm quite certain you know how I feel about society's rules and expectations they place, especially on mothers. But that's for another day.

Why society wants to keep you running away from the tiger.
What happens when you step outside of fear, listen to your gut/intuition and begin healing and doing the inner work. Hint : It's Freaking MAGICAL.

Remember, you're not on this planet to do boring stressful sh*t all day long. So go out there and live your effing life!
