This one’s all about Fat Loss ladies and gents. Dr. Alex Harrison joins today’s show as a follow up to discuss Ken and Sonia’s 2021 new year resolution and to help our listeners keep it tight!

Dr. Harrison is a former Team USA Bobsledder and Lead Endurance Consultant at Renaissance Periodization. Dr. Harrison works with professional and amateur athletes alike to help them dial in their programming and diet to ensure they compete at their highest level. In today’s episode we discuss body fat percentages. What do safe body fat and fat loss levels look like over time, and why it actually differs for everyone. He shares how to actually lose and burn fat. Demystifies some common misconceptions about fat loss and the only metric that really makes a difference when trying to lose weight. He explains why the scale can hide positive results and shares the right way to track your weight and fat loss goals. He provides his take on crash diets and extreme diets and if there’s any validity in their claims.
