Psychology lecturer, Youtuber, and podcaster Dr Jolel, PhD joins me on the show to share the challenges of negotiating personal milestones, adapting to change, and so much more.
Dr Jolel, PhD is a Psychology lecturer at the University of Sunderland in the United Kingdom. He’s obtained a Masters in Health Psychology and a PhD in Applied Psychology. He is a fellow of the higher education academy and a Chartered Psychologist as recognised by the British Psychological Society. But that’s not all — he is also the founder of Mental Health Charity ‘Our Minds Matter’, and was named winner of the competition 'I’m a Scientist, Get Me Out of Here.'
