Today we'll be discussing the field of Interventional Radiology, specifically in private practice with Dr. Venu Vadlamudi. Hosts: Nerina DiSomma and Benjamin Roush Our discussion covers topics from his background in both Neuro IR & Body IR, the structure of his practice, working with pioneers of the field who work in private practice, & the future of the field. One specific topic is a discussion that occured on SIR Connect titled, "The Elephant in the Room" which brought up the difficulties of finding 100% IR jobs in today's workplace & how a full-time IR is valued in a radiology practice.
