Life has its ups and downs, with moments of chaos and moments of peace. It's important to remember that these phases are temporary and that everything in life is impermanent. In the midst of chaos, it can be difficult to believe that things will get better, but reminding ourselves that 'this too shall pass' can provide comfort and perspective.
Similarly, in times of peace and happiness, it's important to appreciate and not take for granted the good times, as they too will eventually pass. Slowing down and listening to the 'music' in life can help bring us back to a place of harmony and fulfillment.
