★ Paul's Bio: ★
Paul is a trained men’s work guide and facilitator, with over 400 hours of individual and group hours logged in the past 24 months alone. Working with men going through all manner of experience, from trauma to addiction, he has supported men from around the world, both in person and online.
He is the founder of huMENity, an organisation that is focused on working with men 1-on-1 and in small groups, helping them to create better relationships with the body, mind and spirit, empowering them to more deeply engage with themselves, their families and their communities.
He has worked with and participated in multiple men’s circles and organisations over the years, has written multiple articles on men, masculinity and leadership, has been a guest on several podcasts, and is a TEDx Speaker (The Mythical Man). He has been a speaker for a wide range of national and international corporations, and has spoken on mental health with multiple departments within the Government of Canada. He is also an Ambassador for the mental health organisation Relief in Quebec.
