Detoxing is super important! Not only does it get rid of all the toxins in our bodies, but it also helps us get disciplined and focus on what is actually good and healthy vs unhealthy eating patterns we learn that cost us our health
We are going to kick off with a 10-day detox challenge! Being overweight is the nr 1 crusher of self-esteem, so we are dealing with this FIRST! It can also be the other way around; a very confident person can go through a bad patch, pick up some weight in the process and then feel less confident with themselves.
