This is just my way of letting you all know that we are all dealing with our own struggles. I wanted to tell the story about my most recent panic attack because it has been extremely eye opening for me and also because I want people out there suffering with anxiety to know they are not alone. That even your favorite podcast host, neighborhood lesbian who always seems happy struggles with this stuff too. I hope this helps!
