This meditation will guide you into connecting with your spirit guides team so that you can get to know who they are and/or ask questions and guidance from them.
Release expectations as to how you're going to connect with them, sometimes it's through visions, voices, feelings, body sensations, and also sometimes it doesn't happen during the meditation but you're opening yourself up to this communication and it can happen later or even in your dreams!
