Welcome "Thriving with Unrealistic Expectations” and your host, Julie Sandham. Like many women Julie has had struggles with family, health and finances. And like many women she felt very alone. Through her own experiences, Julie has learned the importance of having a strong support system and of seeking help when needed. She wants to empower other women to have the confidence to pursue their dreams and to create a safe space where women can share their experiences and learn from each other.
