When I resumed my Parkour lessons almost 3 years ago I realised that I was getting old as well as older and I had to make a choice: either accept that I wasn't going to go far and walk away (maybe even take up knitting) or somehow turn back the clock and reclaim at least some of my physical prowess of years gone by.
